Dianne is President & CEO of Atlantic Economics, a firm that specializes in economic analysis and development, related public policy and alternative finance. She has served as the CEO of the Nova Scotia Co-operative Council for over a decade, working to develop new and innovative economic tools and business support and financing programs across Atlantic Canada. Dianne is a published author and well-known speaker on economic development issues, working both within Canada and internationally. In 2010 Dianne was named one of Canada’s 8 Women of Influence, 2014 was inducted to the Atlantic Business Hall of Fame, and in 2021 was named one of Atlantic Canada’s 25 Most Powerful Women.

Christelle Francois is a bilingual corporate executive and entrepreneur. She possesses extensive experience as a Strategy Consultant where she specializes in growth acceleration and optimization solutions for various companies and organizations. In 2022, Christelle was listed as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Black Canadians. Christelle is the Founder of Untold & Co Agency. She also assisted in leading the 2019 and 2020 Lobby Day initiatives with Prime Minister Trudeau. In 2021, she was appointed as the President of the Canadian Black Chamber of Commerce, where she led a strategy that successfully secured over $5M in funding in less than six months. She most recently joined as a founding member The Canadian Purpose Economy Project.

Jill Atkey is the CEO of BC Non-Profit Housing Association, where she led the development of the Canadian Rental Housing Index and, working alongside key partners, the Rental Protection Fund, a new $500 million initiative enabling non-profits to purchase rental buildings and secure their affordability in perpetuity.  Jill was appointed jointly by Ministers of Finance for Canada and BC to the Expert Panel on the Future of Housing Supply and Affordability. She also serves as a director with the Rental Protection Fund, the Community Housing Transformation Centre, and the Chartered Institute of Housing Canada and Community Housing Coverage, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of BCNPHA. She has an M.A. (Planning) from UBC.

Thom Armstrong has more than 30 years of experience in the co-operative housing movement, holding leadership positions in Saskatchewan, Ontario, and B.C. In his previous role as Director of Corporate Affairs with the Co-operative Housing Federation of Canada, he was responsible for member and corporate relations across a portfolio of more than 60,000 co-op homes across Canada. Since September 2000, Armstrong has been the Executive Director of the Co-operative Housing Federation of B.C and became CEO in 2020. He is also responsible for the operations of COHO Management Services Society and three community land trust foundations formed by CHF BC, all headquartered in Vancouver.
